Our in-house dental membership plans, expertly managed by Loftin Dental, are a valuable opportunity for savings and enhanced dental care. It’s essential to note that these plans are discount programs, not insurance, and cannot be combined with any other dental insurance or promotions. 

Your plan becomes effective immediately upon signing the agreement and terminates one year later on the signature date. Benefits are exclusive to that enrollment year and cannot be carried over, ensuring you maximize your dental care during this period. This plan is designed for individual use only. This plan is strictly non-transferable; family members cannot substitute for each other. Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid upon registration. 

To qualify for discounts on basic and major services, payment must be made on or before the treatment date. Your membership plan must be active on the date of service to receive a 20% discount. Please note that all discounts apply solely to the membership owner and cannot be transferred to another individual. Discounts are valid only at Loftin Dental. Additionally, this plan cannot be used for dental treatments related to injuries covered by other insurance, including disability, workers' compensation, or lawsuits.

Unused services cannot be refunded or rolled over to future cycles. It is your responsibility to inform our dental practice of any changes to your address or contact information. Membership fees may be adjusted annually.
